Case Supervisor, Phil Lartigue, was recently featured in an article on organizations and individuals working to combat systemic racism and shift the way African-American children and youth see themselves and their futures.  As the article says, Phil believes that, “it’s important to give young people opportunities as soon as possible. Give them a sense of who they can be as well as a sense of how we see them.”  CASA is grateful to have Phil on our team, making a difference in the lives of youth in foster care in Prince George’s County.
