Brianna Tiedeman is serving CASA/ Prince George’s County as a VISTA through a year of service with AmeriCorps, Strong City Baltimore. She recently graduated from Salisbury University with her Masters of Social Work and has a BA in Media Communication from Thiel College. Before relocating from the shore, Brianna worked as a Crisis Specialist for the Life Crisis Center, a non-profit organization focused on healing and helping victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse. Additionally, she has worked with both children and adults struggling with substance abuse, as well as with children in juvenile detention. Her years as a summer camp counselor and tennis coach fostered her passion for child welfare and youth empowerment. After joining in 2017, she hopes to culminate her knowledge and experiences to further grow the capacity of CASA.
