Stress Management In-Service Training

Join CASA/Prince George’s County and Presenter, Michele Burton of Amerigroup, for a practical workshop that will introduce participants to mindfulness techniques that help tackle stress from the inside out!  This workshop includes a variety of short exercises and opportunities for group discussions and quiet reflection.
