Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence (MNADV) national, statewide, and local domestic violence training helps advocates, counselors, social workers, health care providers, law enforcement officers, and other professionals gain new knowledge and skills to improve the response and services to domestic violence survivors.

At this two-part training, Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence will review their services and available resources in Prince George’s County for victims/witnesses of domestic violence and intimate partner violence. Click here to RSVP.

In addition to the presenters, a Case Supervisor will be available to answer questions during and after the training.

About the Presenter:

Jess Staskal is the Training and Technical Assistance Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting grantees and federal employees at the Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs. Previously she’s been the Project Manager for Communications and Training at the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence, Project Coordinator at the National Stalking Resource Center, and the Communications Specialist at the Iowa Coalition Against Sexual Assault. Jess has trained more than 1,000 professionals at 50+ trainings on intimate partner violence, sexual violence, trauma-informed care, stalking, organizational trauma, communications and outreach, the LGBTQ community, and more. In her free time, she enjoys going to lots of DC festivals and events with friends, reading historical fiction, adapting and updating classic recipes, listening to podcasts, and cuddling with her cat Winnie.
