CASA Champion, Pauline Rose Moore will be signing her new book, “Gabriella and Samantha’s New Mom.”  The book follows two young girls as they travel to a new foster home and goes through the concerns and anxieties experienced by children in foster care, particularly when being moved to a new placement.  Pauline Rose writes from the heart and is excited to share her message of hope.
