CASA/Prince George’s County Winter Training 2018
Do you want to be a part of the Court Appointed Special Advocate Community in Prince George’s County and nation-wide? Consider applying to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), a long-term volunteer role that allows volunteers to stand up for youth in foster care who have been abused and neglected. CASA’s provide consistency for the youth and a voice for their best interests in court.

Must have applied, interviewed, and been accepted to attend training.

**All volunteers who are assigned to youth 14 and older are required to take the
Fostering Futures Training.
80% of our volunteers will be assigned to teenagers.
All sessions are from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
A Light Dinner will be served at each session.

Trainees will select one day to attend.
Three (3) dates will be offered during training; from 8:45am – 4:00pm
