Serving Survivors of Color: A Panel Examining Black and Latinx Experiences with Intimate Partner Violence

Please join the Prince George’s County Family Justice Center, an initiative of the Circuit Court, and the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence for a virtual discussion in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. RSVP here, bit.ly/3uKB43v.

The event topic is Serving Survivors of Color: A Panel Examining Black and Latinx Experiences with Intimate Partner Violence. During the panel discussion, service providers will share resources and tools to help people experiencing abuse obtain the help and assistance needed to overcome their situations and challenges. In addition, survivors of abuse will share their testimonies and how they got out of abusive relationships that were detrimental to their overall well-being.

This panel presentation is sponsored by the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Family Division, the Prince George’s County Family Justice Center and the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence.
