Through this program active CASA volunteers will receive monthly training on providing trauma-informed advocacy for youth in foster care who have experienced chronic or complex trauma.

In our first session, An Overview of Child Trauma, participants will define trauma and identify various types of individual, community and environmental child trauma (including Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
